MAN Trade Cancellation Policy

MAN Supari operates as a B2B wholesale trade platform.

1️⃣ Rate Lock Cancellation

• ₹1,999 Rate Lock amount is refundable within 24 hours of booking.
• After 24 hours, the rate lock amount becomes non-refundable, as stock allocation and trade planning begin.

2️⃣ After 50% Payment

• Once 50% advance is paid before loading, the order is treated as confirmed trade commitment.
• Cancellation after this stage is not permitted.

3️⃣ After Dispatch / Ready for Pickup

• Orders that are dispatched or ready at transport office cannot be cancelled.
• Balance payment must be completed before pickup.

4️⃣ No Cancellation Due To

• Market rate fluctuations
• Buyer delay in pickup
• Change in business requirement
