🔒 Rate Lock Policy

Rate Lock Amount
A non-transferable rate lock amount of ₹1,999 per bag is required to secure the displayed rate.

Validity
The locked rate remains valid for 48 hours from successful payment of ₹1,999.

Confirmation Requirement
Buyer must complete 50% of the total invoice value within the 48-hour validity period.
Failure to do so may result in automatic release of the locked rate.

Final Payment
Balance payment must be completed before release of goods at the transport office or before dispatch.

Adjustment of Rate Lock Amount
The ₹1,999 rate lock amount will be adjusted in the final invoice upon completion of full payment.

Cancellation
If buyer does not complete 50% payment within 48 hours, the rate lock amount may be forfeited as administrative and market risk charges.

Market Risk Clause
As supari rates are market-driven and fluctuate daily, Foodrera is not liable for rate changes after the 48-hour validity period.

Loading Schedule
Loading is scheduled on designated days (currently Tuesday & Friday) unless otherwise communicated.
