Booking Terms & Conditions

To ensure a smooth and transparent process, please read the terms below before booking:

Booking Amount
A non-refundable advance of â‚ą10,000 is required to book a 65kg Sizer or Raas Supari Bag. This amount secures your order and ensures priority processing. -
Non-Refundable Clause
đź”´ Note: Once bags are marked and reserved against your name or order ID, the â‚ą10,000 booking amount becomes strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. -
Balance Payment
The remaining payment must be made at the time of delivery or dispatch. Failure to pay within the agreed period may result in cancellation of the booking without refund. -
Delivery Timeline
Orders booked through this system will be processed and dispatched in priority batches. Any delay caused by logistics or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the customer. -
Order Modification
Once bags are marked, changes to size, grade, or delivery date may not be allowed. -
Cancellation Policy
Bookings once confirmed cannot be canceled after bags are marked. If cancellation is requested before marking, the refund process (if any) is at Foodrera Edibles' discretion. -
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from bookings will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Mangalore, Karnataka courts.
Authorized Reseller Terms & Conditions

If you are purchasing or marketing our products as an Authorized Reseller, the following terms apply:

Authorization
Resellers must register with Foodrera Edibles and receive written confirmation to be recognized as authorized. -
Use of Brand Name
Authorized resellers may use the Foodrera and M.A.N logos and product names in promotions, but only in approved formats provided by us. -
Pricing Policy
Resellers are expected to follow our pricing structure. Undercutting may result in removal of authorization. -
Territorial Rights
Each authorized reseller will be assigned specific territories or market segments. Selling outside these areas without approval may lead to termination. -
Supply Commitment
Foodrera Edibles reserves the right to prioritize direct customer orders over reseller orders during peak demand periods. -
Returns & Damages
Authorized resellers must inspect products upon delivery. Damages must be reported within 24 hours to be eligible for credit or replacement. -
Misuse & Misrepresentation
Any misrepresentation of the brand, quality, or unauthorized claims may lead to legal action and cancellation of reseller status. -
Termination Clause
Foodrera Edibles reserves the right to revoke reseller authorization at any time without prior notice for policy violations.
